Biography:

Lily was raised by two very loving muggle parents. She started showing signs of magic at a very young age, to the much confusion of her parents and the detest of her sister. Petunia Evans, Lily's older sister, tried as hard as she could to force her to be normal. She called her a 'freak' and a 'outcast'.

She soon met a boy, Severus Snape, that lived close to her and shared the same 'magical abillities' as her. He told her she was a witch and that it was completly normal, in fact it was special. Petunia hated this boy and forbid Lily from ever talking to him. Of course Lily ignored her sisters wishes and continued talking to him.

When she got her Hogwarts letter Petunia got angry and swore to never talk to her again. Lily was crushed by this as they had been best friends when they were younger. She started to think her magic a curse but Severus convinced her it was a gift. Petunia avoided her the rest of the summer.

When Lily got to platform nine and three quarters she spotted Severus at once and ran over to him. They borded the train together and talked the rest of the way to Hogwarts. At the sorting she watched as he was sorted into Slytherin. Then it was her turn and she was put into Gryffindor. She was sad she wasn't with her friend but the people in Gryffindor looked much nicer then the ones in Slytherin anyways.

It was then she met James Potter and Sirius Black. She immediatly disliked them both because of Sirius's flirtatious ways and James big ego.
